Starting with a trip down memory lane. Peter Roach, Owner of RCMS started his career over 30 years ago. Peter started off on a couple of small domestic window cleaning rounds in the heart of Colne and Huncoat. His line of work was small and simple at the time, ensuring windows on residential housing always remained spotless. As time grew on Peter, started to build a reputation in the domestic window cleaning industry. Small businesses became more involved offering Peter extensive work, which helped Peter become more locally known in the area. Though hard work and dedication Peter started to build contacts for a couple of small commercial companies during this time. From here on, work load became more expansive. Peter got his first major contract working for a large property management agency in the Lancashire region. With addition of a couple staff members, Peter allowed more work load to come onboard the business. As time grew on, RCMS received some of the biggest contacts in the north west. This provided more work for Peter who started to see a real change happen to his once small one man band. Family and friends started to play a major change in this as the business became family operative. Fast forward 20 years later to this present day, RCMS now works for some of the biggest and smallest management agency's within the north west and Yorkshire. Now with over 20 years experience, RCMS has no plans of slowing down. In order to keep the business growing we want to provide social media platforms and our new improved website to enhance and encourage the growth of business and to share what we have to offer. Relating back to family and how we are still a family run business to this present day, Peters son Luke Roach joined the team over 7 years ago. He wants to ensure that the business grows in order and passion so that the name of the business runs forward for decades to come. Luke will oversee our socials in order to help the expansion of the business. Peter overseas all the work the business provides and continues to carry out on a regular day to day basis. He himself still insists on working and helping the team everyday to ensure a positive friendly working environment for all our staff and clients to see. Our story is only just the beginning, and we can not wait to see what the future holds in helping clients and residents use the best cleaning and maintenance services within the North West and Yorkshire.
